Trigger Heart Exelica is a shoot 'em up developed by Warashi, the creators of Shienryu for the Sega Saturn and PlayStation. It was released in Japanese arcades in the first half of 2006. The game was developed for the SEGA Naomi hardware.

The aim of the game is to pilot one of two anthropomorphic vehicles through the game's five levels. Players can also fire anchors to capture enemy ships, then use the captured unit as a shield or throw it to inflict greater damage. As in Zanac, the game's difficulty is dynamically adjusted based on the player's skill.
