Welcome to the streets of New York City, where pizza and chaos between humans and mutants reign supreme. It's up to the turtle brothers to bring peace back in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed!
The new mutants (or Mewbies, as the brothers have renamed them) have been readily accepted by the citizens. But things went south when some of them started causing havoc. From the sewers to the skyscrapers, there's no escape from this disaster, clearly the work of TCRI. Now it's up to our
fearless four heroes to use their ninja skills to stop the chaos before their efforts to cultivate the relationship between humans and mutants are thwarted. Use the adrenaline pumping through your veins to save the city and ask April and Splinter for help. Both ninjutsu veterans and beginner ninjas will have fun with this brand new, heart-pounding brawler game, playable solo or in local co-op.
Set in the Mutant Mayhem universe, it's packed with action, humor, and a touch of nostalgia. Keep your cool in shell-tough clashes against villains and remind humans that mutants are a force to be reckoned with too.
Features:
SHELL OVER CLOAK: Fight and grow as the 4 heroes, unlocking moves and abilities to maximize their potential.
A NICE TRIP AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Traverse 5 boroughs meeting new and familiar faces like April, Splinter, and many more.
TOGETHER TO FACE THE CHALLENGE: Team up with a friend in two-player couch co-op.
TURTLES UNITE: Patrol the streets and fight mutating enemies throughout the game.
The Deluxe Edition features exclusive TMNT-themed collectibles that pay homage to your favorite heroes with half-shells. In addition to the physical game, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed - Deluxe Edition includes the following exclusive items:
Steelbook
4 pins depicting the belt buckles of each of the 4 Turtles.
4 keychains depicting the weapons of each of the 4 Turtles.
Softcover artbook.
All content packaged within a collector's slipcase.
Mutants and humans have had it easy in New York recently. But then, Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello discovered that several shipments of mutagenic ooze had been scattered across the city, and various areas were contaminated. It didn't seem so bad until they realized that new mutants, also called "Mewbies," had popped out of this mess. These Mewbies aren't all bad, but some have gone down a dark path, and citizens no longer feel safe.
Join the turtle brothers out of the sewers and slide into this new shell-tough adventure. With April's reports and Splinter's guidance, gear up to fight crime and experience an epic saga of justice and chaos!
Join the adventure in single-player or co-op mode to change the citizens' minds, deliver pizzas on time, and try not to eat them along the way.
